Here are answers to some common questions to help you plan your trip.

  • WHAT IF IT RAINS?

    We will work with you to re-schedule if the weather gets nasty.

  • WHAT ABOUT FOOD AND DRINK?

    You can bring your own, we can fully cater for you, and we always have a selection of drinks on-board in case you run out.

  • WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

    On Day Charter, comfortable clothes, a swimsuit, sunscreen, a hat, a towel, your phone for pictures. For longer trips, we'll send a list.

  • PARKING?

    Yes, there is lots of free parking at our pick-up spot.

  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

    We understand life happens. Our Day Charters have a 24 hour cancellation policy for full refund. If you need to cancel day-of we will retain 10% of the booking fee. Weeklong Vacations and Ocean Passages have a one month cancellation policy and are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

  • WHAT IF I GET SEASICK?

    On Day Charter seasickness is quite uncommon unless you're very susceptible to it. Taking some Ginger Gravol an hour before departure will work for most guests. On Ocean Passage most people feel sick for the first few days even with medication but, after that, you'll should feel fine.
